Burn Permits |
| Burn permits are no longer issued by the Township. If you wish to burn you must contact the DNR at 866-922-2876 or obtain a permit on line at: www.michigan.gov/burnpermit. They will inform you if burning is allowed on that day. |

911 House Numbering
The Big Rapids Twp. Firefighters Association is raising money by selling and installing 911 emergency house signs. The money raised from this project will be used to purchase safety equipment and for outside training events.
Aside from raising money for the Firefighter’s Association installation of these signs will allow the fire department to have faster, more accurate response time in emergency situations. In times of need minutes count. Please help us, help you.
The price per sign will be $30.00 installed.
